A website is $3,500 one-off. Ongoing work is a flat monthly — search is $2,000, email $1,500, lead generation $2,500, and the whole thing run as one is $4,950. Branding is $2,500 one-off. You see the number before anything starts.

No. Projects are quoted once and delivered. Monthly work runs month to month. Leaving takes an email — and everything goes with you, because it was in your name the whole time.

Never. That model quietly rewards us for spending more of your money. Ours is a flat fee, so the only way we look good is if the spend brings work in.

You do, from the first day. The domain, the hosting, the ad accounts, the analytics and the content are all registered in your name. We are added to them; we do not hold them.

One written update a week — what shipped, what came in, and the one or two things that need a decision from you. Two minutes to read. If something genuinely needs talking through, we talk.

Usually, yes. We look at what is there first and say plainly whether it is worth keeping. If the fix is smaller than the rebuild you asked for, we will say so — even when the smaller job is worth less to us.

It drafts, researches, watches for problems and answers the first message at eleven at night so nobody waits until Monday. It does not decide anything and it does not send anything on its own. A person reviews every piece of work and puts their name on it.

We are remote and everything is written down, so where you are does not change how the work runs. We work with independent businesses across the United States.
