The build is one fixed price. Support and updates are a flat monthly you can stop, and the program stays installed and working.
If speed, printing and working offline do not matter for your job, a web tool is cheaper and we will tell you so.
It is your data on your machines, and it exports in a plain format any other program can read. Leaving takes an email.

Yes. We import them and add the rules that stop the data getting messy again — a customer that exists once, a date that is a date, a price that cannot be typed as a word.
That is why the first version replaces the most annoying job first. If it does not save them time in the first week, we have built the wrong thing and we would rather find that out early.
That is the point. It installs like any other program, on the Windows and Mac machines already on the counter and in the back office. No new hardware to buy.
Updates install themselves, backups run, and support and small changes are covered by the flat monthly. Something breaking is not a new quote.
