Google Ads for clinics and practices

Ads for the services
you want more of.

Your budget pointed at the appointments worth having, the searches that waste it turned off, and every call from an ad counted so you know what a patient actually cost.

The ad account is opened in your name, and your card pays Google directly rather than us.

What this looks like for a clinic.

  1. 1The page says what the ad said.
  2. 2Your ad, on a search that can book.
  3. 3The call, counted against the ad that paid for it.

What you get, piece by piece.

The waste turned off

The real search terms are read and the ones that cannot become an appointment are blocked.

Budget where you have capacity

If one service has a waiting list and another has gaps, the money goes to the gaps.

The ad and the page match

Somebody who clicked lands on the page about that service, with the same words they just read.

A flat fee, never a percentage

We are paid the same whether your budget goes up or down, so when the figures say spend less, we can say it.

Every call traced to its ad

Each source gets its own number, so an ad call is never confused with a map call.

Read daily, not monthly

A budget burning on the wrong search burns every day it is left. It gets read the next morning.

Inside the work

Pointed at the appointments you have room for.

Health advertising has rules most trades do not. This is the work of staying inside them and still getting calls.

Then it goes round again, every morning: the searches read, the waste blocked, the calls counted.

A person sets the brief, decides where the budget goes, and every ad is read by your practice before it runs.

One account, one brief

Every one of these, on one account.

What you tell us once drives all of it, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees.

ClaudeAll of it runs on Claude, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees. See it on three real businesses.

Three ways the ad budget leaks, and what each looks like fixed.

TotalQuoted in writing

A flat monthly fee for running the ads, quoted in writing once we know the services you want and roughly what you can spend. Your ad budget goes straight to Google on your own card. It never passes through us, and we never take a percentage of it.

Nothing starts until you say yes.

What do you need?

Why a quote?

This work is sized to the job, so the price is agreed in writing first. It is one flat price, never hourly, and nothing starts until you say yes.

What does it cost?

Two separate numbers. A flat monthly fee to us for running the ads, quoted in writing once we know the services and the area. And your ad budget, which goes straight to Google on your own card. We never take a percentage of the second one.

Are there rules about advertising healthcare?

Yes, and they are stricter than most trades. Google restricts a lot of health wording, and some services need the account verified before anything can run. We check what applies to you before we promise a start date, rather than finding out when the ads are rejected.

How much should we spend with Google?

We tell you after we look at what your area costs per click for the services you want. A figure given before looking is a guess with your money.

Is this better than search work?

It is faster and it stops the day you stop paying. Search work is slower and keeps working. If you can only run one, we will tell you which, based on your area rather than on which one we would rather sell.

Who writes the ads?

A person signs off on every one. AI helps with the drafts and with reading the search terms. Nothing clinical goes live without somebody at your practice reading it too.
