Website design for dental practices

A practice website
that books the chair.

A site built around the three things a patient wants before they call: what you charge, whether you take their insurance, and how soon they can be seen.

The domain, the hosting and the site files are in your name from the first week.

What a practice website looks like when it is built to book.

  1. 1The price range, on the page.
  2. 2Built for a phone first, one tap to call.
  3. 3A form that reaches your front desk.

What you get, piece by piece.

A site you can change

Hours, prices, staff and photos are yours to edit. We show you how in one sitting, and we still do it for you if you would rather.

Built for a phone first

Most of your patients arrive on a phone. The number is tappable, the form is short, and nothing needs pinching to read.

Insurance answered on the page

The plans you take, written in the page itself, before anybody has to pick up the phone to ask.

A price range on every treatment

A range with what changes it. People do not expect a quote. They expect to know whether you are in their world.

A form that actually arrives

It goes where your front desk already looks, and we test every month that it still sends.

It loads on a weak signal

Images sized properly and nothing loaded that the page does not need.

Inside the work

Drawn, written and tested before anybody sees it.

A website project usually goes quiet for six weeks. This is what those six weeks are made of.

After launch it keeps going: the form tested every month, the hours and prices kept right.

A person sets the brief, decides what goes on the first screen, and reads every page with you before it goes live.

One account, one brief

Every one of these, on one account.

What you tell us once drives all of it, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees.

Three things that lose the visit, and what they look like fixed.

What does a dental website cost?

Three thousand five hundred dollars, one time, agreed in writing before anything starts. Hosting and small changes after launch are a separate flat monthly fee, and we quote that at the same time so you see both numbers together.

How long does it take?

Most practice sites take four to six weeks from the day we have your content. The thing that decides it is almost always how fast photographs and the insurance list come back, so we ask for those first.

Can we keep our domain and our emails?

Yes. The domain stays exactly where it is and your email is not touched. If the domain is held in somebody else's account, we help you move it into yours before launch.

What about patient information?

The website never touches clinical records. It handles the message before somebody becomes a patient: a name, a number and what they need. Anything clinical stays in the systems you already run.

Will it show up on Google?

It is built so it can: real pages per treatment, proper titles, fast on a phone. Building it right is not the same as working on it every week, which is dental SEO and is priced separately.
