Website design for clinics and practices

A clinic website
that answers first.

A site built around what a patient needs before they call: what you treat, whether you take their insurance, where to park, and how to get an appointment.

The domain, the hosting and the site files are in your name from the first week.

What this looks like for a clinic.

  1. 1What you treat, in patients' words.
  2. 2Parking and the right door, with a photo.
  3. 3A request that says what happens next.

What you get, piece by piece.

The call-reducing pages first

We ask your front desk what the six most common calls are, and those become the first six pages.

Built for a phone first

Tappable number, short form, readable type, and nothing that needs pinching.

Insurance on the page

The plans you accept, written into the page rather than hidden in a PDF.

Readable by the people who use it

Real contrast, real type sizes, and it works with a screen reader. Your patients are not all twenty-five.

A form that arrives

It lands where your desk already looks, and we test every month that it still sends.

Directions written by somebody who went

Parking, the right entrance, and what the building looks like from the street.

Inside the work

Built around the calls your desk should not have to take.

We start by asking your front desk what people ring up to ask. Those become the first pages.

ClaudeReading it with the practiceBefore a word of it goes live.

And after launch, every month: the request form sent to itself, and the pages kept current as the clinic changes.

A person sets the brief, decides what goes on the first screen, and every clinical line is read by your practice before launch.

One account, one brief

Every one of these, on one account.

What you tell us once drives all of it, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees.

ClaudeAll of it runs on Claude, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees. See it on three real businesses.

Three things that lose the visit, and what they look like fixed.

What does a clinic website cost?

Three thousand five hundred dollars, one time, agreed in writing before anything starts. Hosting and small changes afterwards are a separate flat monthly fee, quoted at the same time so you see both numbers together.

Can patients book through it?

Yes, two ways. A simple request form that lands with your front desk, or a link straight into the booking system you already run. We do not replace your scheduling software, and we would advise you not to let anybody do that as part of a website project.

Does the website handle patient information?

No. It handles the message before somebody becomes a patient: a name, a number and what they need. Anything clinical stays in the systems you already run.

We have several locations.

Each one gets its own page with its own address, hours, parking and directions, and its own listing pointing at it. That is what gets the right clinic found in the right neighborhood.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks from the day we have your content. Photographs and the insurance list are usually what decides it, so we ask for those first.
