Website design for heating and cooling companies

A site built for
the late-night call.

Somebody with no heat is on a phone, in a hurry, and has two tabs open. The site is built so yours is the one they call.

The domain, the hosting and the site files are in your name from the first week.

What this looks like in a cold house.

Example: the furnace stops on a Tuesday evening

  1. Landed on the heating pageLoaded on one bar of signal
  2. Saw that you come out tonightAnd what it costs
  3. Tapped your numberA real link, not a picture

What you get, piece by piece.

One tap to call, from anywhere

A real phone link on every page, in the place a thumb already is. This is the single most common fault we find.

Emergency cover said plainly

Whether you come out, when, and roughly what the call-out costs. People in a cold house want to know before they dial.

Your service area on the page

The towns, written out, so nobody has to call to find out you do not come that far.

It loads on a weak signal

Images sized properly and nothing loaded the page does not need.

A range on the common jobs

What a service call starts at and what changes it. People do not expect a quote, they expect to know your world.

A form somebody will actually finish

Name, number, what is wrong. Anything else can be asked on the phone.

Inside the work

Built for somebody standing in a cold house.

They are on a phone, in a hurry, with two tabs open. Every decision on this build comes from that.

You say it onceThe towns you coverWhether you come out at night, and what it costsWho answers the phone after six

Then, every month after launch, the form is sent to itself again, to check it still arrives.

A person sets the brief, decides what goes on the first screen, and reads every page with you before it goes live.

One account, one brief

Every one of these, on one account.

What you tell us once drives all of it, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees.

ClaudeAll of it runs on Claude, and a person signs off on everything a customer sees. See it on three real businesses.

Three reasons a cold house calls somebody else, and what each looks like fixed.

Not answered here? Ask us. You get a straight answer in writing.

What does an HVAC website cost?

Three thousand five hundred dollars, one time, agreed in writing before anything starts. Hosting and small changes afterwards are a separate flat monthly fee, quoted at the same time so you see both numbers.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks from the day we have your content. Photographs of your own vans and team are usually what decides it, so we ask for those first.

Can we take bookings online?

For maintenance visits, yes, and it works well. For a no-heat emergency we would steer you away from it: those people want to speak to somebody, and a form that promises a call back loses them to whoever picked up.

Will it show up on Google?

It is built so it can: real pages per service and town, proper titles, fast on a phone. Building it right is not the same as working on it every week, which is HVAC SEO and is priced separately.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes. Hours, prices, photos and the service area are yours to change, and we show you how in one sitting. We still do it for you if you would rather.
